Contre-indications
Il existe peu de contre-indications absolues à la pratique de l’activité physique et sportive. Cependant toute pathologie chronique non stabilisée représente une contre-indication absolue mais temporaire jusqu’à stabilisation. Les pathologies aiguës sont des contre-indications temporaires jusqu’à guérison, soit de manière absolue, soit de manière relative. Pour certaines pathologies, des contre-indications relatives peuvent exister et doivent être évaluées au cas par cas et en fonction du sport. Dans toutes ces situations, l’avis d’un médecin spécialiste peut être sollicité.
